Delivery

The Complete Kids Party uses Fastway Couriers and Australia Post to deliver your party goods.
We are a small business located on the Nthn Beaches of Sydney and offer the best service that we can whilst endeavouring to use the most efficient mode of delivery for our customers.
Registered Post will be used to ensure your parcel will arrive when urgently required. 
We use Fastway Couriers as they have a reliable track and trace system.
From the receipt of your order we will aim to have your goods dispatched within 2 business days providing all the items requested, are in stock. If some of the items are out of stock we will contact you immediately.

Delivery of your party goods will depend on your location. We can only give you an estimated delivery time. Once your order has been dispatched The Complete Kids Party has no control over the delivery and we do not accept responsibility for delayed or late deliveries.

        NSW and ACT                  2-5 days
        Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide            2-5 days
        Country Qld, Country Vic, Country SA   3-7 days
        Perth, Country WA, TAS, NT                  5-9 days

Delivery Costs for NSW, ACT, SA, VIC, QLD:

For orders up to       $100.00 - P&H is $10.95
For orders from        $100.01 - P&H is free

Delivery Costs for WA, NT & TAS:

For orders up to 250.00- P&H is $15.95
For orders from 250.01- Delivery is FREE

Receipt  Of Goods

Fastway Couriers will deliver your parcel to your door and you will be required to sign for the receipt of your goods. If you are not at home the driver will leave a card for you to call them and arrange a suitable time for delivery. Prior arrangements can be made for the driver to leave the parcel in a nominated area at the address (please e-mail us this request).

Delivery to P.O Boxes

Fastway Couriers do not deliver to P.O Box addresses. You can choose to have your goods delivered to a work address or alternatively we will use Australia Post (Registered Post) for your delivery

International Postage

We are more than happy to organize delivery to an overseas destination. Please e-mail us prior to ordering your Complete Kids Party Pack so we can calculate the cost and advise you accordingly.
