The Complete Kids party will not disclose or sell your personal details. We will only use your information which usually includes an individuals name, address, contact details and other information specific to the service we are providing, to process your order. The privacy of your information is paramount to us and every effort will be made to handle your details in a responsible and reliable manner and ensure it remains confidential.

All your payments go through Paypal. Your information is protected by SSL Certificate 128 Bits encryption (the highest level commercially available) and enables you to make secure purchases without revealing your credit card number and financial information. All of your personal information is encrypted, ensuring your credit card and other private information is secure.

Returns/ Exchanges

The Complete Kids Party aims to provide a high standard of quality themed party products. If the goods are damaged, you may return it within 7 days for a full refund on the item price. The returned product must be in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging. Refunds are not given for customers who may change their minds about goods purchased. For discounted items that we have on the website, The Complete Kids Party club discount of $5.00 will not apply. The discount can be used in all other offers except on discounted items. 

Faulty Goods

The Complete Kids Party endeavours to ensure all products are in excellent condition prior to being dispatched. In the unlikely event you receive an item that is faulty, please contact us immediately.

Out of Stock Items

Should any item you order be out of stock, we will contact you and provide you with one of the following:

·         An estimated arrival date of the out of stock item

·         A choice of a substitute item of similar value

·         A reduction in the total of the party pack price to the value of that item

Indemnity

The Complete Kids Party is not responsible for, nor does it give any warranty in respect of any materials, or other supplies which give rise to:

·         any adverse affect on any person due to allergy or intolerant reaction arising from that person’ use of any materials supplied by The Complete Kids Party

·         any damage suffered by any person or property in the conduct of any game or activity supplied by The Complete Kids Party.

·         any loss or damage to any material and goods agreed to be supplied by The Complete Kids Party, which damage occurs in transit, during delivery or in any other manner after the material has left the premises of The Complete Kids Party.

You the customer, hereby indemnify The Complete Kids Party against all claims, actions, suits, demands or costs made on or against The Complete Kids Party by any person arising from the provision of any goods and materials supplied by The Complete Kids Party.
